Age Verification Policy (18+)

1) 18+ age-gate

We use an age-gate that requires users to confirm they are 18+. If you cannot confirm this, you must not proceed.

2) Steps we use to help prevent minors from accessing the service

• Age declaration: prompts to confirm 18+ before accessing adult content.
• Account and access controls: we may require account creation and restrict certain features unless an account is in good standing.

Any age-verification information is handled in line with applicable New Zealand privacy requirements (including the Privacy Act 2020). We aim to minimise collection, limit access, and retain verification records only as long as necessary for compliance, security, and dispute handling.
